I order the most annoying drink ever and these wonderful people are awesome at making it just the way I like it. They're all sweet and very friendly.

Okay seriously, what is up with your whip? Amazing is an understatement. My mocha consumption has increased from one every one to two months to four a week. Am I allowed to ask for a cup of whip? This is the best coffee shop I have been to in ages. So lucky to have Delany's here in our neighbourhood. <3

Really good coffee and the treats were really delicious. The shop is comfortable and has plenty of seats to enjoy the day. Can't wait to visit them again.

Really good coffee and cozy village. When I go north van for my tanning at beach tanning I always stop in for a coffee.

Good food, workers are amazing and always smiling, and you gotta go with what they suggest if you are not sure what to get, you won't be disappointed

Ooooh looky what I found at Delany's today:Nothing less than The Actual Factual Meaning Of Life! In a cup of deliciously warming coffee. (I wait in wonder with baited breath for when enlightenment will ensue).I am LOVING that Delany's Lynn Valley now offers a small but tasty selection of specialised dietary options in their baked goods! I am seeing a regular smattering of vegan, sugar free, or gluten free muffins, energy bars and even scones. The servers are friendly and quick on their feet, and represent the beautiful diversity our glorious nation.Keep up the good work! Five stars for this review.

⭐️ where did it go??Lost a star from a few years ago. They used to give you a few minutes interaction and personality but now it seems more like an assembly line order station. The location is great with nice outdoor seating.

Absolutely love coming here. The coffee is made very well, and the staff is so friendly, especially Medha, That smile and the heartwarming welcome always the whipped topping to my mornings. Her and the rest of the staff will brighten up anyone's day.

As a Coffee snob, I have to say Delany's has top notch coffee! If your on the north shore and looking for a REAL coffee this is the place. I cant imagine why people still go to Starbucks and such when there are places like this that really understand what it takes to make a real cup of coffee! Staff are all super great and atmosphere just rocks - massive outside seating area. 5 stars all the way!

I live Delany"s, sometimes their service is slightly slow, but the coffee is tasty and fresh, and the service team are almost always super great!

The coffee they have here is really good, and it's a nice place to pick up beans, but their sandwiches and treats aren't the greatest. It's a great coffee shop to check out if you're in Lynn Valley, and I'd much rather go there then the Waves or Starbucks nearby.

I went to this cafe coz the location was awesome. It was a sunny day in NorthVan and it was nice to sit outdoors. I ordered Cappuccino, but unfortunately it wasn't good at all, there was almost no taste of coffee in it, just the after taste of milk. Wont be going back.

The best coffee in the Lynn Valley/Mountain Highway neighbourhood. Not visible from the street though, so you do have to get to it either from the surface parking lot side of Lynn Valley Centre if entering off Lynn Valley Road, or via the underground parking lot on the Mountain Highway side.

There's nothing quite as nice as kicking back on the Delany's patio in Lynn Valley Village on a beautiful North Van day. Their mochas are the best and the place just has such a great local community vibe!If you're looking for a central place in Lynn Valley to connect with friends, to read, to listen to music or just have a few minutes of down time, check out this Delany's Coffee House. A long-time favourite with our family!

Best to go to Starbucks instead.

They need banking good that don't have sugar or fruit sugar like croissants or cheese muffins or biscuits. And please get some stevia as a sugar substitue instead of sacchrine please- even Starbucks has it.

I am a terrible coffee snob, and I really love Delaney's coffee. They have the best whipped cream I've ever had. They also have fabulous customer service.
